(A) Our tour groups vary from a maximum of between 16 – 40 guests. This is to ensure the comfort of everyone on the tour and varies depending on which one is chosen.

(A) Yes, they will be. All our Escorted tours incorporate a Tour Manager who will be on hand at all times should you require assistance. They are also extremely knowledgeable and bring an added highlight to the Tour.

(A)Whilst our Tours are inclusive of many different elements, there are a few things that will not be included and will be the responsibility of each guest. These are (list is not exhaustive) tips, telephone calls from room, meals out with those specified in the Tour, additional excursions outwith the Tour and transfers to/from arrival point in the UK.

(A) All major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express and Visa Electron are accepted. We also accept cheques, and our preferred method of payment is via BACS.

(A) A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the package cost is required at the time of booking. Final balance will be due 10 weeks prior to the arrival date. From this point the entire package becomes non-refundable.

(A) If you are no longer able to visit, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Final balances are due 10 weeks prior to your arrival, and if you are cancelling prior to this, your non-refundable deposit will be retained. (A) Glory Days are a member of both ABTOT and ATOL. We recommend all guests have their own travel insurance which covers individual requirements. We are not affiliated with any insurers and recommend the guest chooses the one that best suits requirements.

(A)Yes, we offer hotels within our tours that can accommodate three or more people in a room. These are often twin/ double rooms with sofa beds or rollaway beds, so please get in touch prior to booking if you are unsure.

(A) Hotel check in and check out times will vary, and you can view each hotel’s specifications on our hotel information pages prior to booking. The majority of hotel check in times range between 14:00 – 15:00 and check out between 10:00 – 12:00
